有人用google的adsense在自己的网页上做广告吗

最近google给我提供这个做广告，靠点击率来赚钱，我大概计算了一下，似乎并不赖。

最近它又给我信息，要求提供bank account和tax information，才能转钱给我。这要求正常吗
