关于开公司求助

我先生有一项关键技术.国内一厂家看上,想投资他,叫他帮忙研究开发新产品生产线.且建议我门开公司.所以他想开个技术咨询公司.拿到投资,请问这样开公司的可行性.可以开non profit吗.如果不能,开什么样的公司比较好.有什么好的建议和注意事项的? 多谢!
