Paypal emailed me "New Significantly Not as Described Dispute"

and tells me: the buyer can escalate this dispute to a PayPal claim at any time until
Sep 17, 2011. On that date, this dispute will automatically close.

The total transaction is $44.
Here is the story: this buyer ordered online for customized blinds. After receipt, she claimed that she ordered 2 but only got 1. I told her that our system showed you ordered only 1 and this $44 is for 1 piece. She then told me the price is too high, and she ordered the dimension is different from what we delivered. I told her all the data were input by you, and an automated email has been sent to her upon ordering.

This is customized and we do not take return. The buyer threatened to leave me a negative review in Paypal (is there such thing?).

What should I do? This lady has been lying around.

对,buyer可以给你留negative review.但是,你却无法给她留. -乒乓- 给 乒乓 发送悄悄话 (208 bytes) () 08/29/2011 postreply 12:05:48

忘了说,paypal要是裁决你退钱,你要同意,并且坚持:货退回来就退钱. -乒乓- 给 乒乓 发送悄悄话 (326 bytes) () 08/29/2011 postreply 12:13:25

Good tips.I would refund if returned in good condition though. T -一用户- 给 一用户 发送悄悄话 (0 bytes) () 08/30/2011 postreply 15:09:32
