买家open case后, 我就report buyer Misuse Buyer Protection. ebay马上判我败诉,我估计是电脑自动做的，夜里收到的case结果.我不服, appeal了,说明我寄的是崭新的东西，买家退回的东西是旧的坏的. customer support最后判我胜诉，理由是returned item is not in its original condition. 我的感觉是appeal之后会有真人来review case.
