With HIV/AIDS, liver disease, and cancer as primary areas of focus, we develop better or alternative chemical processes for nucleoside and nucleotide APIs (active pharmaceutical ingredient), manufacture APIs and related pharmaceutical intermediates, and develop product pipeline of new anti(retro)viral/anticancer agents based on screening of our molecule library of nucleosides and nucleotides by enzymatic assays of corresponding nucleotide triphosphates, and on concepts of nucleotide prodrugs and bifunctional dual drugs."
