如何付款给国内的freelance翻译

准备在国内找几个 freelance translators (English-to-Chinese) 帮忙。到时候应该怎样付款给他们呢？寄美元支票好像不好吧，据说兑现支票须要很长时间。是不是可以在国内开一个银行账户，预先存入人民币，从国内银行账户汇人民币给收款人?

还有，这种情况下，我保税时该注意哪些事项呢？怎样才能把给翻译的付款算作是我的支出呢？

新手，有很多问题，先问以上几个问题吧。
