If it's an one-man LLC (or the likes), it will be based on your personal credit scores, soon you will get many junk company credit card offers.

If it's a C-corp, obviously you will have the startup money and have a company bank account, get the CCard from the bank first.  Then start getting and paying bills using the company account, soon you will wish the junk company card offers to stop.
