new start-up needs some help

I just openned a new small business company and plan to mport stuff from china. I bought the products from Taobao through my relative's account and plan to let him air mail them to me. I am just wondering in this way, how do I prove the cost of these items when I file tax in futur? Do I need extra documents to be able to do importing besides registering the company?
