in any domestic violence case, when your hu*****and first call 911, the case is already out of his hand. after policy report file, the prosecutor office then pick up the case.

you need to find your self a good defense attorney, if your hu*****and willing to not testify, you may have a chance, but don't expect they going to drop the case, the prosecutor office will definitely file charge on you, if your attorney can flea a lesser charge, you may be able do probation.

a public defense attorney is no help, moving your money out of joint account will be a mistake.

next time, control your temper, in this type of case, the one lift the finger, is the one lose....
