经过一年的准备(商业计划, 产品的Prototype等), 下个月要回国和风投, 天使投资人谈我和我的合伙人的创业项目的投资, 心里有点紧张. 这一个月拼命在恶补风投的知识, Terms Sheet, Vesting, Shares, Stock Options, Liquidation Preference等等_:mad: 尽量做到知己知彼.
