如何制作收入证明?

I registered a company this March and hired an employee. Now she want a proof of income to apply for credit card. How should I provide the proof of income document? should I do it myself or go to accouting firm to make one? my company is a small one, only has two employee. Now we don't have accouting department. Any suggestion? thanks.
