But a boring job IS a major reason why I want to have a change. If I love what I do and I can see a future with it, I would be a lot happier every morning when I go to work.

I don’t think woman is automatically in a worse situation than man when it comes to do business. I mean, why? I see successful people have similar traits, no matter it's a he or she. Unknown is inevitable, not because I'm a lady, but because I'm a human.

In terms of time, I know the clock is ticking, and soon I'll not be too young to take risk. So I want to get the ball rolling now... I hope the ball will be rolling...
