Seller 的EBay 难题

laptop 给buyer寄去了，buyer说接到package,但里面只有一本字典，没有laptop.buyer 要退货。估计buyer会把laptop取出，放个字典给俺寄回来，俺还得陪他钱。有tracking number 也没用。这可咋整呢？小城等大侠，给想想办法吧。
