it seems all ebay seller will receive same letter from MI

I just called one of my american friend in another state. He received a same letter from Michigan Government.it seems most ebay sellers will receive same letter from MI soon.

我在 Chicago,去年刚开始作ebay。今天收到 Sales Tax Nexus letter from Michigan。要求填写 Michigan Department of Treasury Nexus Questionnaire， 包括，公司地址，联邦税号。不知各位是否有同样经历。需要请教怎么处理。
