有个做生意的朋友,想叫我帮他收钱,给我10%的回扣,然后再

寄回给他,他说他要他的生意火拌把CHECK寄给我,我到银行取出,然到另外的一个银行换成欧圆寄给.他就不用呆在美国,一年来3次就行拉.我不知道会不会有麻烦.将来报税怎么报,他是为了逃税吗?我只报我所得的行吗?有什么要注意的吗?
将来会不会有麻烦.要签怎样的合同,我才不会有麻烦,我不是做生意的人,总觉的这钱赞的太容易,会不会有假?谢谢.
