选择web hosting的6个教训

Lesson 1: web hosting的选择根据你的要求：数据储量，访问速度，# of Web Sites, # of Domains, Dedicated IP required 等等。 速度可以用http://www.webpagetest.org， 或ping来测试

Lesson 2: 对于新手而只是试试而已，可以先从Shared Server, 再move to VPS, then Dedicated Server, 最后自己或hire 别人build Web Server.

Lesson 3: 一开始不要Sign很长时间的contract, 先try几个月，自己测试，同时要看Web Hosting Company的服务如何，是否很快回答你的问题。不好就换，也不会损失钱。一般公司30天refund, 过了就不退钱了。

Lesson 4: 一定要查信用，到BBB查信用rating. 我有过教训，损失了不少钱，不信看看这个网站http://www.report-gisol.com/，有多少上当的人。

Lesson 5: 选择Linux/Apache/PHP/MySQL, 还是Windows/IIS/ASP.NET/MSSQL, 是一个商业战略的问题，前者便宜，后者贵。选定了一个，就用下去。换来换去，既浪费时间又浪费金钱。
