are you pathologist? the funder usually is a path. tons of certifications needed from regulatory agencies such as AABB, CAP, FDA,... Also certified medical technologists needed to operate, plus QC personnel. very competitive in big cities, such as quest diagnosis, and hospital setting labs. not easy.
