新公司注册了:)注册公司的区别 Sole P vs.C Corp vs.S Corp vs.LLC (图)

写了20多年软件，给美国资本家打工15年了，看不到前途，决定全职自己开公司了。为了保护自己的财产，注册了一个LLC有限公司。看到有朋友经常来问各种公司的区别，把自己search的资料同大家分享。
