终于快买到第一个房子了。 今天卖方counter offer回来了。Counter offer的条件我们都觉得非常合理。卖方在closing后还希望两个月的时间，并且也会付给我们一天多少钱，我们也签了post-closing possession agreement. 这个aggrement 的条件我们都可以接受，大部分条件都是保护我自己的。比如这条：seller shall deliver possession of property an all improvements , appliances and fixtures therein in the same condition as of date of closing, reasonable wear and tear expected.
现在情况是这样的，我的agent建议我向对方要security/damage deposit（因他们要住两个月）。这个房子非常抢手。请建议要不要counter 回去，要他们的security deposit. 我纠结于agent的建议是合理的，但又怕房子没别人买去。请高手们指点，我必须在明天下午4点之前答复。谢谢。
