请问：注册了LLC和Seller's Permit就可以做生意了吗？

有人告诉我说注册了LLC及有了Seller's Permit和EIN就不需要申请Fictitious Business Name，我可以用LLC作为公司的名字，也不必去City申请Business License。请问是这样吗？请托班长，小城班长及各位前辈指教，谢谢！
