是老板素质底还是员工素质底？

老板要节约费用无可厚非，　但这样责骂员工，　真是白读那么多书。　
还有，　你对网络常识都没有，　别在开口闭口自称营销专家了。

雇员们都没有关灯关冷暖气的概念。才九月底，一个前台接待员觉得早上冷，就把整个旅馆的暖气开了。接连几天都是这样。

我们问她，为什么开暖气。她说我很冷。我们说，你冷。不是顾客冷。他们的房间有冷暖器自由调节。懒得带毛衣，你就开整个旅馆的暖气！旅馆不是为你开的。你作为雇员这样挥霍资源是很不应该的。

我们制定了开灯开冷暖气的时间表。擅自使用是　 fired -able wrong doing. 　

美国劳工的素质真的很低。
