S Corp. loss 会不会影响家里申请Loan?

先祝各位坛里的XDJM 虎年生意兴隆, 财源滚滚~~~

另外想请教各位一个问题, 我2年前注册过一个S Corp.但收入不多有些佣金也是直接打入中国帐户, 所以去年的Tax return 是负数, 但公司和家里的税是一起报的.

现在问题来了, 我们新买的房子月底前要Close, lender说公司的loss有可能影响我们的application!! 我们2个都上班, 这个S corp财政状况应该是和我们family financial status 分开的吧!!
