在美注册公司的问题

人在中国，想在美国注册个公司，我是做服装的，每年都去美开展览会，知道每个洲的情况不一样，如税率，市场，商务条例等，请坛上的高手给点建议，或是我可以从那里能了解更多的信息，如论坛或网站的名字都可以，十分感谢。
