What can I do?

I am 45 and live in Bayarea. I already paid off my mortgage and car loans.
I am working for paycheck by paycheck with $500,000 in bank. I have one kid (in elementary) and one wife. However, I really don't want to live on the corporation paycheck anymore. What could I do? Please give me some suggestion.
