当然不会显示任何记录，after DEC 4， 这只是告诉对方你已经按时寄出。

先别退款，在收到paypal 3rd request for more information 的时候，输入 customs label number, paypal 会调查一段时间，最后对方如果不主动close the case, paypal会refund 对方。
所有这一切都是为你自己争取时间，因为对方可能随时都会收到包裹，之后会close the case.

我11。5发个包裹到挪威，12月初对方说仍然没有收到。之间沟通几次，我让她等。最后，12月20号她说收到包裹了，但还罚了她$40海关税。挪威海关说，该包裹17号才到挪威，之前一直在美国，所以造成延误。
