1. LLC is pass thru tax entity, you must distribute profit to members
2. "Corporate level" is for federal. Some states assess "franchise" tax at state level, such as CA, but revenue needs to exceed $250k.
3. Normally you charge sales tax based on where your headquarter/main presence is, or where managing member is.
4. Not sure, probably the same tax wise if simple LLC.
