一个寄法国的包裹“丢”了，请各位帮忙

昨天一个客人file a paypal claim,说3个星期前寄出的包裹到现在都没有收到。当时她没有另外购买保险，又说风险自付，但现在却要我全额退款，因为她“没有收到”。不知谁有跟踪号码，能否借我用？我可以付款给你。

7.31 日以后的2个星期内寄出的都可以，始发国：美国的任何一个角落。到达国：法国。任何可以在网上查到东西已经送达法国的跟踪号码都可以。
