请教：Mall 里的 department store 关门了，可否结果化妆品这块？

Mall 里的 department store 关门了，是我们这个 town 唯一一家经营化妆品的 department store。请问：可以在 mall 里租一间小屋，专门经营化妆品吗？诸如 Clinique, Lancome, Estee Lauder, Clarins 等。
