First, USPS normally won't provide this kind of testimony to you.
Second, USPS won't pay money to you since this is not an insured mail.

It seems like delivery confirmation is useless in the case of chargeback.

I am using Wellsfargo merchant account. It dosen't seem a good option. I am considering to make a change. If anybody will recommend a good, it will be appreciated.
