卖家不给。你要赶紧把东西发回去,退货。不要paypal dispute呢。等东西到了,(退货一定要有tracking)。你再联系卖家,如果还不给你钱,file NO As DESCRIBED DISPUTE. Escalate to a claim right away! Then, paypal will ask you to put the return tracking number there. Pls do so. Paypal will review your case and give you a full refund.
