买现成的Franchise好还是自己建一个新的好?

买现成的一般要价在年收入的十倍以上吧? 如果自己联系Franchise,建一个新的店,谁知道平均需要年收入的几倍? 很多人说好的投资应该在5-8年收回成本.

如果投资30%的downpay,买个五十万的店,年利润五万,去掉mortgage付款,只剩下一万六七千,要想养家至少需要买 1.5-2 million的才行, 也就是自己要投资 45-60 万的downpay才行.想到这里不免有些泄气.

大家能否讨论一下怎么样做最好?
