ebay新账号，giftcard不能注册了！！！！！

看见楼下也有人说了，但是没有人反应。恶霸不接受gift card作为Credit card 认证了，我试了一下，我手里的几种：vinilla还有giftbalance123.com都不行了

大家想办法吧，怎么办？还有，有人报告说，180天以后，赔破不给你银行转帐，而是要你提供信息，说你的帐户可能是被盗用的，反正就是不给钱，这是最新消息
