各位创业大师请帮个忙

不彗之人－我－在白眼中被 laid off 后，差不多要饿死了，才发奋要注册个移民／翻译事务所，以便糊口。可否问各位高手们两个问题：

（１）没有法律和语言证的数学愚人－我－能否注册(OH/绿卡)。

（２）什么类型的公司为妙－－既上税少，福利多。Sole Proprietorship or Partnership or Limited Liability Company or C-Corporation.
