people have DE corporation not to save tax

mostly for some other legal reasons. DE has really good Corporate law. In fact, most state's Corporate law is modeled after DE. DE also prize itself for having a really good court when dealing with business disputes. DE has a really good SOS office that is really helpful. But none of that would save you any taxes.
