我想寄化妆品到国内，咋办？

我在加州，哪家华人快递公司最便宜啊？我给朋友寄，是一定要报关吗？因为邮寄的可能有点多，我又不想被海关查，多少磅以下比较保险呢？头一次邮寄，没有经验，请各位大人帮助小弟了！非常感谢！！！
