请帮帮忙看看我能做些什末business? Thanks!

来美10年,上学工作,一切还都顺利.但是越来越对爬corporate Ladder和整天看一些小人做戏踩人感到厌烦.想从现在开始做些准备,希望有一天能够做自己想做的事,不用再看上司脸色.我是学会计金融的.在国内进出口工司做过(不是做业务的).有个小baby.
