在D/P 操作上的一些注意点

１） －－ 在提单上，Consignee 一栏中不要写明买主的名字，仅填上To be order to. 这个好处是，一旦买主在货到后不付款时，你可自由地将提单转换给任何一个可能的买家，或退回，而不受到原买主的限制。

２） －－ 一定在开船前拿到部分定金，至少要够来回的运费。

３） －－ 尽量买好保险，但难。一般保险公司不涵盖这样的损失，因为你的货物没有损失。
