请问中国买方应该如何付钱给美国呢？多谢！

我每隔几个月就要帮国内朋友买几千美元的东西给他寄回国，可他怎样付款给我呢？ 我知道西联汇款，不过好像挺贵，有更好的办法吗？多谢！
