从中国进口货物,在货物商标上有什么要求?非品牌

只是一般的无品牌的,肯定不会有版权问题. 是否要自己去申请一个商标还是可以用中国厂商的商标? 我现在进的货物上都有一个RN数字, 就是RN1232347289类似之类的. 这是否是进口货物所需要的商品号? 希望知道的大哥大姐帮帮忙. 谢谢
