most of them are just bots (not real human beings), or from 3rd world countries, such as India, who won't buy anything.

You can buy TARGETED traffic in 2 ways:

1. PPC, with adwords, msn adcenter and yahoo.
2. PPV (pay per view), with reputable networks, such as trafficvance, mediatraffic, etc.
