这个buyer 会是骗钱吗？

我是第一次在网上卖东西，遇到一个buyer在爱尔兰注册，却要我shipping到尼尔利亚去。而且这个buyer在ebay上没有交易的任何历史。请问我的怀疑有道理吗？在线等。。。谢谢，谢谢。。我询问了paypal和ebay他们的回信如下：
