刚查了Zoning和租约，没戏

本市的Zoning规定是，住宅区里做home office只能用一个房间办公，面积不超过该层的1/4，房子的外观不能看出是business等等。如果是租用的，要业主签字同意。

翻出租约，上写了不能做residence以外的用途，不能用于注册business，甚至不得用于收发business mail， 不得安*****usiness phone。
