Sales tax is law - 谁说的?　Not on ebay. 对方不是business account, 在ebay 上就不用收．如果是，他listing的时候就该注明，不注明又要charge根本就没道理．这点他不得不认．　

Credit card has better protection to consumers. - Agree. 用PayPal支付的时候本来也是用Credit Card的．问题是他就不想通过PayPal，要人直接把卡号等等给他，凭什么？谁知道他是谁？
