请大家注意，美海关将施行新规定，－－Importer Security Filing

From Jan 16th, 2009:

任何进口商在其货物离开出口国前２４小时通知美海关，得到批准后方可出口。本规定大约有３－－６个月的试行期。然后，正式执行。任何违反规定，一则罚款，二则不准入口。
