若采用C-CORP, 则第二个问题就解决了. 但会有双重税的问题.
1) do not take this retain earning. Keep in company account as C-Corp.
2) Pay you by commission or bonus at same year if you are an officer in company base on company performance
3) Next year, increase your salary.
