Need Help ! Is this legal

我的一个同学在国内有一大公司， 在美 国有许多客户， 美国客户多用支票或信用卡付款 ， 但我同 学在美国没有办事处 ， 想让我帮忙开个帐户 collect money from his American clients , 佣金多少 让 我报个数， 请教以下问题:

1。这样作合法 吗 ?
2。如果我 帮他， 开什么帐户有利 ? 私人还是公司 帐户 ?
3。如果开私人帐户 ， 怎么报税 ?
4。一般来说 ， 佣金 是多少 ? 2% ? 5% ?
