请问小城和这里其他朋友，在美国销售中国的出版物

比如学习类的书，DVD，如果我在中国进货，在这里销售，这里没有管制吗？直接就可以销售了吗？如果有特别管制，比如要什么权限，又如果去获得这些权限？
