我有3个立方的HASBRO的玩具急需清关，提货单填PERSONAL effects ，现在清关CUSTOMER BROKER 要求我提供售权书，这可怎么办，有哪位能给我提共一些建议，我是第一次走海关，什么都不知到，糊里糊图的，请各为帮忙给我提供一个CUSTOMER BROKER，万分感谢！
