请问关于在ebay上卖外贸原单或尾单的产品

各位ebay资深高手，我有以下几个问题，如果有在中国的外贸原单和尾单的名牌鞋，包，比如nike, puma, coach等，放到ebay上卖，然后从中国发货，这种生意是合法的吗？有没有侵权行为？注意这些商品不是假货或仿冒，而是厂家订货后剩下的。在ebay上卖这些东西有什么风险吗？谢谢！
