also, paypal will NOT refund any $$ to buyer for "not as described". But you have to be the one who escalate it to a claim to protect yourself.
Then, you can keep your $$$.
If buyer files chargeback after filling the claim and after paypal
makes the decision, his paypal account will be limited.
Which paypal calls "double dipping"! So, please make sure
you ask him to file a claim before he goes directly to
the cc company for a chargeback.
Also, always use Auctiva.com to list your item and use the Auctiva checkout to direct to paypal.com for your buyer to pay.
This way, paypal will consider your payment came from 3rd party, instead of ebay.
All "not as described" complaint will be denied automaticlly, if you escalate it to a claim!!!
